Products and Orders:

• Our Site allows you to purchase art and photos on canvas prints (the "Products"). All Products are offered for novelty purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring the legality of any content you purchase, if applicable to its use.

• All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse to accept or may cancel any order for any reason.

• Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if your credit card has been charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a credit to your original payment method.

• We will use commercially reasonable efforts to display our Products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will exactly match the actual Product colors.

• Production time for orders will typically take 1-3 weeks from the time the order is placed. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

• Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods specified on the Site. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

• Title and risk of loss for all Products ordered by you pass to you upon our shipment to the shipping carrier.
